Facing Rua de Camões, the project results from the rehabilitation of a residential building and its conversion into 6 housing units. With an excellent location, in the heart of Porto, a step away from downtown, the development will consist of six (6) one bedroom apartments.

The intervention respects all the intrinsic characteristics of the building, both typologically and constructively. The structure and roof will be in wood, as well as the window and door frames.

The building combines the demands of contemporary comfort with the romanticism of the typical construction of Oporto, creating a unique and exciting whole, appealing both for temporary housing and for tourist exploitation
